Brianne was an absolute, consummate professional. Moving to Florida from out of country, we were completely overwhelmed by the current housing market. The costs and lack of availability we were seeing in our own searches were creating a very defeated feeling for us. I started a new job in a couple of weeks in a place we had never set foot in, or even looked at settling in. However, enter Brianne Heath........our challenges were swept away to the rubbish in post-haste fashion.

Brianne helped us to find several properties we were unable to find ourselves. We reached out to her in desperation, what we received back was nothing short of a miracle. Not only did she respond to my pitiful cry for help, she gave us assurances that we will find a place. We reached out on a Sunday afternoon, on Easter, mind you. By Monday morning, we were on the road to find a place to live....and that we did. Brianne imbued us with all of her knowledge and advice, openly and honestly. Once we found the place we had to have, she gave us invaluable pointers on how to drive and control the application process, while advising how, when and where to do it all.

Without her help, I can't imagine the incredible stress we would currently be under. Brianne is a problem solver, a dedicated people-person who shared the same joy as us when our application was accepted. We could not have done this without her and we are eternally grateful.
